Fun in Madison!

Just a couple cute shots of Ellie and her room mates. Hard to believe she is a junior already. In March we will be flying the whole family to New York to see and hear Ellie and her ensemble perform at Carnegie Hall! We are super excited for her, as she will have some solos in the program :D

I have forgotten my passwords because of such infrequent use of the blog right now. Life is so busy (in a GOOD sense) and of course FB and other social media abound. A few promised picks here, for my lovely Aunt especially...a bit of what is happening in Fondy!

School again and summer coming to a close :D

Well Ellie is off again to Madison to begin her junior year. The summer has flown by. Eva and Michael are celebrating 1 year of marriage by taking in the sights of Door County. I am making them a raspberry tart from Mom's berries. Elise and the Littles are going to a shower today, on a beach near Neenah, so the house is quiet (temporarily I'm sure.) We are fostering a darling kitten until it is big enough for a 'forever' home, and likely that will be with the Littles and Elise on Cotton Street. I will upload a few random pictures a little later today.

Weekend away :D

We're taking a little time this weekend to travel to Green Bay and see the Botanical gardens and hike some trails. The summer is flying by, as we get ready for a great family 4th. of July party, and a 'girl's camping trip' after that. The Littles are enjoying the LaClaire goat farm today, and Eva and Michael are heading to Madison for the Rhythm and Booms concert. Just posting a few summery pics today :D Happy 3rd. Birthday to Miss Charlotte! Our littlest Little is growing up.

And finally...after 6 long months, we are back on the Mascoutin trail :D  Ran some errands and took the Littles to the trail for a little R and R. It feels like getting reacquainted with an old friend.

Welcome spring!

Finally (just about) through with this dreary winter. I'm excited to start planning the garden this month, and with the help of the Littles, I will start my seeds indoors this week :D
